Direct Billing: Tara currently accepts and direct bills to Pacific Blue Cross and most other insurance companies except: ICBC, MSP, SSQ, and Green Shield. She can provide you with a receipt for companies she does not bill to.

As a massage therapist, I have always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. I really enjoy helping people relax and feel better. I believe that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and to reach their wellness goals.
In addition to practicing massage therapy, I also enjoy painting, baking, working in my garden, playing hockey, exercising and most outdoor activities!
It is my intention to use massage therapy to support each patients’ health care plan and to provide quality care for all patients.
